GVG CORPORATE FINANCE ADVISORS ADVISES THE OWNERS OF NEC MED PHARMA GMBH ON THE SALE OF A MAJORITY STAKE TO NORD HOLDING
NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is taking a majority stake in NEC MED PHARMA GmbH domiciled in Höchstadt an der Aisch (www.nec-med-pharma.de).
NEC MED PHARMA is a specialist pharmaceutical and medical product trader in Germany. The company possesses a wide range of suppliers across all trade levels and distributes for a large number of established manufacturers. In 2016 NEC MED will achieve a turnover of € 90 million with about 50 employees. An average annual growth rate of 10 % has allowed the company to expand continually over recent years.
The participation of NORD Holding is intended to facilitate further expansion of the leading market position.
