Two Frankfurt-based datacentre operators, Accelerated IT Services and First Colo, are merging and will in future operate as a single entity on the market. The transaction was initiated by diva-e Digital Value Enterprise GmbH, which successfully integrated First Colo GmbH in 2015. Employing over 500 people, diva-e offers innovative services covering digital strategy consultation, implementation and performance marketing as well as operating platforms. With a turnover of just under €55 million, it is one of the Top 10 companies in the German digital sector.
The combined company already offers room for more than 25,000 servers over 2,000 square metres of floor space and currently supports around 500 clients with IT infrastructure solutions.
