GVG Corporate Finance Advisors has advised a group of investors on the acquisition of all shares in W. Pauli GmbH & Co. KG (Dr. Temt Laboratories, Vienna.

Dr. Temt is a leading anufacturer for eyebrow and eyelash-tinting for the professional segment. Dr. Temt products are available in leading clinics, spas and cosmetic enhancement centers in more than 70 countries worldwide. The company based in Vienna dates back to 1947, when Austrian chemist Walter Pauli built the foundation for the skin care institution, which was taken over by Dr. Dieter Temt in 1975. Since then Dr. Temt Laboratories has expanded into new markets with new and improved products.
