Analyst M&A / Corporate Finance (m/w/d)
Responsibilites

Analysis of annual financial statements and independent conduct of company, market, and competitor research

Largely independent preparation of teasers/short profiles, long lists, information memoranda, and financial analyses, including cash flow modeling

Assumption of project organization tasks such as the accompanying organization of due diligence audits

Support of partners and other employees in marketing activities and operational tasks
Requirements

Above-average degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business mathematics, or a related field with a focus on accounting, finance, and / or banking

Responsibilities

Requirements
