GBA Lifesciences GmbH, a subsidiary of GBA Group in Hamburg, has acquired C-tec Cleanroom-Technology GmbH (C-tec). C-tec is a testing institute for the qualification and requalification of cleanrooms.

 

The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

 

GVG Corporate Finance Advisors has advised the owner of C-tec Cleanroom-Technology GmbH on the sale of shares.
