Merger of Frankfurt Data Center Operators Accelerated IT Services and First Colo

Frankfurt, [Date] – The two Frankfurt-based data center operators, Accelerated IT Services and First Colo, have merged and will now jointly operate in the market. The transaction was initiated by diva-e Digital Value Enterprise GmbH, which had successfully integrated First Colo GmbH in 2015. With over 500 employees, diva-e provides innovative services ranging from digital strategy consulting, implementation, and performance marketing to platform operations. With nearly EUR 55 million in revenue, diva-e ranks among the top 10 digital companies in Germany.

The newly merged entity now offers more than 2,000 square meters of data center space, accommodating over 25,000 servers. It currently supports around 500 customers with IT infrastructure solutions.

The merged company will be managed collectively by the current executive teams of both businesses.
