The SER Group, a leading provider of intelligent content automation solutions, announces the acquisition of AFI Solutions. AFI Solutions specializes in the digitalization and optimization of document-based processes in SAP.

Decision makers at SAP companies are currently driving urgent initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs through the automation of document-based processes. As they also need to support new e-invoicing laws and manage the upcoming migration to SAP S/4HANA, they are looking for solutions that optimize document management and automation within their organization.

Through the acquisition, SER customers benefit from AFI Solutions' SAP offering for purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes. Together, the experienced teams of SER and AFI Solutions, with over 100 SAP product and domain experts, form a new global SAP Center of Excellence to provide even more comprehensive support to SAP customers. Over 70% of the SER Group's customers use SAP.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
