GVG Corporate Finance Advisors advised the owners of Aristech GmbH on the sale of shares to Datagroup SE.

Aristech is an established software company with an AI platform, an in-house developed technology stack and many years of experience. The focus is on the automation of communication using voice AI agents and mail AI agents.
