ASAP:

Firian GmbH, the Germany based company engaged in developing, planning, installing and maintaining customized fire protection systems has acquired AS|AP, the local developer and installer of bolted metal tanks for the storage of liquids, especially sprinkler and extinguishing water with a capacity of up to 10,000 cbm.

The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

GVG Corporate Finance Advisors has advised the owners of AS|AP on the sale of shares.
