SD Biosensor [KRX:137310], a publicly listed South Korean manufacturer of diagnostic tests, announced on March 29 that the company's supervisory board has approved the planned acquisition of Bestbion dx - Diagnostische Produkte und Beratung GmbH.

SD Biosensor plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Bestbion dx - Diagnostische Produkte und Beratung GmbH. The transaction is subject to approval by the Federal Cartel Office.
