GVG Corporate Finance Advisors advised Oldoplast GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of its plastic profile activities to Profex GmbH, based in Uetze.
 

The Oldoplast Group comprises the companies Oldoplast Kunststoffprofile GmbH & Co. KG, based in Marl, Insan B.V. in the Netherlands, and InterSan (Qingdao) Trading Co., Ltd in China. Since July 1975, Oldoplast Kunststoffprofile GmbH & Co. KG has been developing and producing plastic profiles and hoses for the window, door, roller shutter, and mining sectors. In 1980, the company expanded its development and production activities to include sanitary shower hoses.

In the company's in-house development department, which includes an integrated toolmaking division, the patented and utility model-protected sanitary shower hoses are continuously further developed. Oldoplast is the market leader for plastic shower hoses in Europe and a specialist in hard-soft plastic profile combinations.
