GVG Corporate Finance Advisors has advised an investor group in the acquisition of the assets of the insolvent Oldoplast GmbH & Co. KG from the insolvency administrator, Andres Schneider from Düsseldorf.

Since July 1975, Oldoplast GmbH & Co. KG has been developing and producing plastic profiles. In 1980, the company expanded its development and production to include sanitary shower hoses.

In its in-house development department, with integrated toolmaking, Oldoplast continuously develops sanitary shower hoses that are protected by patents and utility models. Oldoplast is a market leader in Europe in the field of plastic shower hoses.
