As part of a structured sales process, QVM acquires PL Architekten GmbH, based in Aachen (hereinafter “PLA”), from shareholders Alexander Sautter and Christian Montag, who have successfully managed and continuously developed the company over many years and will retain a significant stake.

 

PLA is a specialized provider of architectural and planning services with a focus on healthcare facilities, particularly hospitals, medical care centers, nursing and rehabilitation facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and forensic facilities. The portfolio also includes school projects and select residential construction projects. PLA handles both building design and interior planning (e.g., medical technology, operating room areas) and has experience in complex construction environments, such as those requiring ongoing hospital operations or subject to historic preservation regulations.

Together with QVM, PLA aims to capitalize on current market opportunities and continue to grow through scaling.
