QVM acquires the S&Z Group (consisting of S&Z Verpackung GmbH and Pexpro GmbH, collectively referred to as "S&Z") from founders and managing directors Christian Schmidt and Hans-Jürgen Zenk, who established the company over 30 years ago, as part of a structured sales process. Mr. Schmidt will remain connected to S&Z as a managing partner.

S&Z is a full-service provider and specialist in manufacturer-independent consulting and sales of customized packaging materials, based in Oelde, NRW. Founded in 1990, the company has established itself as a partner for innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for a variety of applications. The focus is on customized packaging products made from polyethylene (PE) films, sacks, or bags, with special requirements for material properties and formats. The product portfolio is complemented by standard products such as trash bags, stretch films, big bags, and trash can liners. S&Z currently employs approximately 65 people.

Together with QVM, the product offering will be expanded, and new, neighboring markets will be targeted to establish S&Z as a reliable partner and problem solver, particularly in the area of sustainable packaging solutions.
